1. Applications

Sand blast cabinet with rotary drum are used for whole treatment of small metallic items, plastic and thermosetting parts, such as fastener, nuts.

2. Description:

The pieces to be treated are placed inside a drum, which has particular form and tilt. The rotation is assure by speed motor variate. The cycle includes: sandblasting and blow for dusting of the treated pieces. While the parts slowly tumble, two or three guns shoot the abrasive/micro balls against pieces, which, at the end of the cycle, are uniformly treated. Usually one can obtain very good results by applications shorter than 6-7 min/batch. The whole treatment cycle is completely automatic and is controlled by proper timers, programmable by means of suitable electrical device.

Advantage:

● Equip with abrasive recycle unit and dust collector, which ensure the less abrasive consumption and good working environment.
