Use vacuum blasting machine can avoid the environmental pollution
of dust and the danger of workers’ healthy. The difference between
vacuum blasting machine and traditional portable blasting pot is
recycle system. When the machine is blasting, and it is recycling
at the same time. We use special brush head, they are fit all
(flat, cornered, radius) surfaces. The special brush head can
recycle the blasted abrasive and dust, they are recycled into the
separator. The abrasive is fell into the pressure tank and the dust
is absorbed into the dust collector. The dust collector is
automatic filter cleaning system,easy disposal of collected dust in
a plastic bag.
This machine couldn’t occupy ventilation and special site(except
the special condition). The total unit(including fan and dust
collector) can be movable easily. It can save operating area and
cost.

Part Introduction
Maintenance
A. Check the recycle system, electrical system and spare parts, if
they are broken, repair or change them.
B. Check every pressure gauge regularly.
C. Check if the hose, tube and cable protective layer is broken,
change them if anything is broken.
D. Check the usage of fan, add lubricant in the fan regularly.
E, If the machine is under the status of rest, please put the
machine in the area of dry and ventilated places, avoid direct
sunlight.
Failure and Troubleshooting

- Open abrasive valve to make the abrasive blast repeatedly. Or take
down the abrasive valve to check.
- Please use thin iron rod remove the abrasive.

| Abrasive blasted is uneven | - Too little abrasive.

- Nozzle is blocked.
- Wet abrasive.
- Abrasive valve and air valve aren’t adjusted correctly.

- Adjust high air compressor pressure.
- Remove the plug.
- Remove the wet abrasive, add the dry abrasive, check if there is
water in gas pipeline.
- Adjust two valves.

| Low recycle system efficiency | - Checking if it leaks out in the connection of sealing and recycle
tube.
- Too much dust in the filter.
- The brush head and protective tube are broken.
| - Eliminate the connection air leak.
- Clean the filter by the pulse switch. If the filter is very dirty,
please take down the filter from machine to clean and keep dry
status. If the filter is broken, please change it.
- Change the new brush head and protective tube.

- Please check if the spool in the abrasive valve is in a serious
wear.
